Requirements: Client must provide access to one working water outlet and one electrical outlet.Preparation: To ensure the best results, please remove personal items and car seats before your appointment. Anything left behind will be placed in the trunk.Pricing: All quotes are 'Starting At' rates for vehicles in average condition. If your car needs extra care (eg. heavy pet hair or deep staining), a final price will be quoted on-site.Pre-Wash: We’ll do a quick 5-minute inspection together before I touch the car. I may take photos or videos of the vehicle’s current condition. This ensures both parties of any rock chips, dents, markings, or areas that need extra care prior to the detail.Final Result: Once I’m done, we’ll do a final walk-around to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the result. My goal is to leave your car looking better than the day you bought it!

By booking, the client acknowledges that I am offering a service. While I treat every vehicle with the utmost care, I am not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (such as failing clear coat, dents, or faulty electronics) or for damage revealed once dirt and grime are removed.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECTWe collect minimal personal information necessary to schedule and execute our mobile detailing services. This includes your name, phone number, email address, vehicle year/make/model, the physical address where the service will be performed, and relevant transaction details required to process your chosen payment method.


2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATIONYour information is used strictly to communicate regarding bookings, send invoices, issue text/email reminders, and navigate our mobile service vehicle to your location.


3. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY COMMITMENTWe understand that luxury car owners value absolute privacy. We do not sell, rent, lease, or distribute your personal information, home address, or vehicle data to any third-party marketing firms, data brokers, or external entities.• Card Payments: Credit card details collected for holds, deposits, or full payment are processed securely through Square. Your full card numbers are encrypted and are never visible to or stored by our company.• Zelle, Checks, & Cash: Any banking data visible during Zelle transfers, check deposits, or cash invoices is kept strictly confidential and is used solely to verify your payment.


4. VISUAL MEDIA (PHOTOS & VIDEOS)We may take close-up photos or videos of your vehicle's wheels, paint, or interior for quality assurance and digital portfolio display. We will never publicly publish or post your vehicle's license plate, your home street number, or street address without your explicit verbal or written permission.

TERMS OF SERVICE & SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. LEGAL ENTITY & INSURANCE BOUNDARIESAll services are performed legally by Spirited Detailing Co. LLC, an active Limited Liability Company. Spirited Detailing Co. LLC operates under standard Commercial General Liability ($1,000,000) and Garagekeepers Legal Liability ($30,000) underwritten by RLI Insurance Company (Rated A++ Superior). Our insurance strictly covers physical damage to your vehicle directly caused by manual operator negligence while the vehicle is in our active Care, Custody, and Control (CCC).


2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONOur wash processes utilize premium Koch Chemie products and other high-quality chemicals to ensure safe techniques and consistent results. Spirited Detailing Co. LLC is not liable for the flaking of clear coat, paint, or window tinting that has been previously compromised, chipped, or altered from factory manufacturing defects. Spirited Detailing Co. LLC is not liable for faulty electronics, dents, markings, rock chips, or other areas that need extra care prior to the detail.


3. MODIFIED, EXOTIC, & ENGINE COMPONENTSThe customer must notify the detailer of any non-factory aftermarket modifications (including lowered suspension/coilovers, wheels, carbon fiber, body kits, air intakes, spoilers or non-standard vehicle work prior to the detail. Spirited Detailing Co. LLC is not liable for the mechanical or structural failure of pre-weakened, brittle, or non-OEM components during a standard washing procedure. Spirited Detailing Co. LLC is not liable for the mechanical, structural, or electrical failure of pre-weakened, brittle, or non-OEM components during a standard washing or engine bay cleaning procedure.


4. INTERIOR CONTROLS & PEDAL SAFETYFor operator safety and to eliminate slipping hazards while driving, Spirited Detailing Co. LLC utilizes strictly non-silicone, matte-finish protectors on rubber floor coverings. The driver-side floorboard area and mats are intentionally left completely free of slick gloss dressings.


5. CLIENT UTILITY REQUIREMENTSAs a specialized mobile service, the customer agrees to provide safe, operational access to an outdoor water spigot with standard water pressure and a functional, grounded electrical outlet within 50 feet of the wash area. Spirited Detailing Co. LLC is not liable for pre-existing electrical breaker faults, circuit shortages, or plumbing issues on the customer’s property.
